The Virgin Islands National Park is one of the most alluring things about St. John. With two thirds of the island protected and persevered, you’re sure to see some of the most beautiful and amazing things nature has to offer. Take a jeep ride across the island and watch deer, donkeys, iguanas and more. Go horseback riding and enjoy a leisurely ride on the beach. If you’re the more active type, hike one of the trails that range from easy to difficult. And don’t forget to visit in February for the annual 8 Tuff Miles run that begins in Cruz Bay and takes you across the island on an incredible course to Coral Bay.
